Pulse Hydro Chemical free electrolytic process

Electrolysis is a technique involving the passage of electricity, through water or effluent to be treated. The Electric current destabilizes dissolved colloidal particles and alters the charge on suspended particles permitting their Coagulation, floatation and separation.

Electrolytic sewage water treatment is an environment friendly, state of the art, non-conventional process. Uses clean electrical energy to treat the water, eliminating use of chemicals or conventional biological treatment, operating without noise or odor. The system is silent, neat, and compact with small foot print. It has low life cycle cost and offers very attractive performance to cost ratio.

The one major disadvantage of a Biological Treatment is the need to continuously run it without stopping. The major advantage of the process of Electrolytic STP is that you can shut it down in absence of any effluent. That is it needs to be operated only when there is effluent needed to be treated. You can shut off the Plant on Holidays and for short periods on week days when there is lesser effluent. You can shut off the Plant in Off Season or run it only part of the time, to treat the effluent in the Equalization Tank. This saves in overall Treatment Costs, Maintenance and Operations.

Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant

We present a broad spectrum of packaged sewage treatment systems to handle domestic and industrial sewage originating from residences, large commercial complexes, small and medium industries.

Standard modules facilitate a shorter delivery period. The completely pre-engineered units require very less civil works and can be erected and commissioned in a short time span. The pre-fabricated units are independent of site location ie; in places where there is space constraint or cost of space is very high, these units can be located either on the top of the building, structures or in the basement.

The packaged units work on a media based biological degradation. The specifically developed media made from UV stabilized and chemically resistant propylene offers an ideal condition for growth of micro-organisms to degrade the incoming organic contaminants. The use of media also reduces the aeration tank sizes substantially thereby reducing the footprint of Sewage Treatment plant. The process air required is provided by means of twin lobe type air blower which transfers air through EPDM/Silicon diffusers. The media also substantially reduces the sludge generation from these units. This can be used in Hotels, Schools, Auditoriums and Apartments etc.
